Coaching women drivers and teams to grow with clarity, confidence, and integrity — on the road and beyond.
The open road isn’t just a path — it’s a profession, a calling, and for many, a business.
At A Woman Trucker, I walk alongside women drivers and teams as they navigate growth, change, and opportunity in the trucking industry — mile by mile.
Coaching women drivers and teams through
Growing and sustaining your trucking business
Finding and refining your niche
Obtaining certifications and specialized experience
Making informed equipment decisions
Clarifying direction, confidence, and next steps
This is coaching — not recruiting, dispatching, or job placement.
MY COACHING PHILOSOPHY
Coaching is about walking alongside someone through change, challenge, and transition — helping them step into their next season strong in body, soul, and spirit.
“Rise up; this matter is in your hands. We will support you, so take courage and do it.”
— Ezra 10:4
THE WOMAN BEHIND THE WHEEL
Deb LaBree began her professional trucking career in 2006 after obtaining her CDL and has logged over 1.8 million safe driving miles. In 2014, she and her husband became independent owner-operators, intentionally building a specialized operation focused on sustainability, integrity, and long-term growth.
Today, Deb brings nearly two decades of real-world experience into her coaching — helping women drivers and teams navigate the challenges and opportunities of trucking with confidence and clarity.
