I’ve had the privilege of coaching women drivers and teams through growing their businesses, finding their niche, obtaining certifications, purchasing equipment, and gaining confidence in their direction.
I’m deeply passionate about seeing women succeed in trucking — not by copying someone else’s path, but by building a career that aligns with their values, goals, and season of life.

History
I obtained my CDL in 2006 and began my professional driving career alongside my husband. In 2014, we purchased our first truck and became independent owner-operators.
Over the years, we’ve built a specialized operation by partnering with a carrier aligned with our values, investing in specialized equipment, and intentionally developing a niche that supports long-term sustainability.
